 McMullan Realty, Inc. is a full-service real estate company founded in 1962  and pioneered by Henry R. Stoudermire Sr. We are the largest and oldest minority-owned real estate company in the state. We specialize in personalized service and serve the Greater Cleveland area and surrounding suburbs. McMullan Realty is also a proud member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The president of the company is Henry R. Stoudermire, Jr. His years of experience and knowledge are invaluable to homebuyers and home sellers. With well over 20 years of real Estate experience, Stoudermire's have a wealth of expertise. Henry R. Stoudermire, Jr is the President and Broker of McMullan Realty. He has served under the tutelage of Henry R. Stoudermire, Sr. since 1979. He has over 33 years of real estate expertise serving 1st time buyers, sellers, investors, national property management companies as well as many fortune 500 banks/lenders/asset management corporations.

Henry R. Stoudermire, Jr. is passionate with assisting minority home ownership rates to increase in Northeast Ohio as well as all of Ohio.  He is passionate about increasing minority home ownership rates throughout Ohio. Currently, Henry is serving as The Ohio Realtist Association chair and The Cleveland Realtist Association chair. Henry has been effective in helping NAREB (The National Association of Real Estate Brokers) reach their national goal of 2 million African Americans becoming new home owners within 5 years. Henry has served in many real estate national, state and local positions in his 33+ years of service including National President of The Young Realtist Division, State President and Chairman, Cleveland President and Chairman. 

Henry is a 2nd generation real estate broker with a passion for training new licensees. Two of his sons (Henry III and Joshua) are licensed with the brokerage, which sets the stage for the 3rd generation and communication with Millennials. His 15 trained agents are producing multi-million dollar volumes each year. 

He is married with three handsome adult sons.  

Henry has served in many real estate national, state and local positions in his 33+ years of service include National president of The Young Realtist Division, State President and Chairman, Cleveland President and Chairman. He is married with three adult handsome sons.  

 Henry R. Stoudermire, III is a 3rd generation real estate agent and has been employed by McMullan Realty for much of his young life.  He has served under the tutelage of both his father and grandfather, drawing on their years of experience and sales techniques. He started as a janitor and worked his way up to getting his license in 2010.  With almost 10 years of experience he specializes in 1st time buyers, sellers, and investors. Henry the third oversees the bulk of property management provided through McMullan Realty. He strives to support his father Henry Stoudermire, Jr in any and all ways, and to give the company’s moto:  ‘Specializing in personalized service’  to all clients.
